Rocket fired from Ghaza lands in Central Israel injuring 7

A rocket launched from Ghaza has landed on a house in Central Ghaza on Monday morning around 5:20 AM, injuring 7 Israelis.

Intelligence sources state that only ‘Hamas’ and  ‘Islamic Jihad’ group has access to such a rocket which was able to fly over 100KMs before dropping.

This is the farthest distance a rocket has ever reached from Ghaza since the 2014 war between Hamas and Israel.

The Israeli Army was able to detect the attack and activate the Air Raid sirens to alert the citizens, but Israeli’s Iron Dome defence system was not activated in due time.

Netanyahu has vowed to “respond forcefully” to this attack, and Ghaza has already been put under full closure.

“In a few hours, I will meet with President Trump and immediately afterwards I will return to Israel in order to oversee our activities.”, said Netayahu, cutting short a meeting trip with Donald Trump.
